Wellness is finding balance to live your best possible life.
Mind Body Wellness provides personal guidance sessions that help you reach your goals and create the life you want. Whether you are feeling burnt out, exhausted, moody, unfulfilled, stuck, lost, constantly worried, or like something is missing, personal guidance sessions can help you find a deeper understanding of yourself, your experience, and your life. These sessions provide space for self-inquiry and meditation so you can learn to listen inward and build skills to create an outer balance. Although the sessions will cover your needs and work on your goals, Mind Body Wellness focuses on three aspects of wellness: Nourishment, Movement, and Reflection.
Nourishment
Explore what works/what doesn't work regarding your body's and your soul's needs. If you are unsatisfied, likely something in your life isn't working right. Whether you are constantly hungry, easily bored, experiencing road rage or snapping at your coworker or partner, something is amiss. Feeling overwhelmed or burdened is a good sign your soul is not being nourished. By looking at your habits, we can learn how to address your needs despite being busy, overworked, and not having enough time.

Movement
Our bodies are designed to move; yet our lives are built around being sedentary: sitting in traffic, sitting in the office, siting and binging Netflix. Learn how to engage your body throughout the day and meet your own set fitness goals and desires. Feeling stuck in life, that you are in a rut? Like something is missing and you don't know how to move forward? Let's look at what stops you and ways to conquer your fears and doubts so you can reach your next level.

Reflection
Our lives are busy, rush and go, leaving us little time to stop and reflect in our lives. Reflection helps us build meaning and find purpose in what we do. By building reflective practices in your life, you reconnect your outer life with your inner life, feel less stressed, and be more present in your life and with your family and friends. But, to have a lasting habit, the practice has to resonate with who you are and your goals in life. Together, we can create a meaningful habit that adds to your well-being and eases the distress.

These three things allow us to connect more with ourselves, our environment, and our community. Building connections helps us create balance between these areas, which leads to a greater sense of wellness.
